We're launching PropertyCalc tomorrow and wanted to share what we've been building.PropertyCalc is a set of free UK property calculators - stamp duty, mortgage repayments, rental yield, take-home pay, and more. Everything is 100% free, no signup, no ads, works great on mobile, and fully updated for the 2025/26 UK tax year.The idea came from trying to work out stamp duty while looking at buying a first home. Every calculator out there was either behind a wall, full of ads, or just plain wrong. I built PropertyCalc after spending ages trying to work out stamp duty before my first home purchase. Every calculator was US-focused or ad-riddled.

So far there's stamp duty (with first-time buyer relief), mortgage repayments, take-home pay after tax, and rental yield. All free, no signup.
