Their customer support is nonexistent, the product is way below average, and is falsely positioned as an AI product. You’re better off using any GenAI product to generate content. They offer absolutely no value if you’re looking to generate a specific template with prompts. To make things worse, their subscription is nonrefundable. I only tried it during my free trial period and asked them for a refund the moment I got charged, however, they refused to issue a refund.
