1. Unfortunately, there are still many workplaces, where feedback is not really taken as 'Feedback'. Most of the time it's only one-way communication that exists.
2. Employees (majorly freshers) feel a bit hesitant giving feedback. Either because they are uncomfortable or feel that their feedback won't be acted upon.
3. Even if there's a feedback process at the organization, they are not...
