I love the weekly challenge section. It helps build good habits, gradually and easily, ultimately compounding into massive growth. It has made personal transformation, quite easy.

I especially love the teardown of emails from Casper. It's detailed & helped me understand the psychology behind emails. Congrats, Alec!
