My experience with app.launch.today has been extremely frustrating. Absolute nightmare. The support is pathetic—it took weeks to get a response to my request to export my code. You're locked into their platform, and if you ever need your code, be prepared to wait weeks for their 'help' to send you a zipped file. Furthermore, the process itself is a major problem; you can't export code yourself and have to rely on their team to do it, which is incredibly slow. I even reached out to the founder, Prakash, with a detailed note about these issues, and got absolutely no reply. If the founder won't even respond, it's no surprise the support is this bad. It's clear that customer support is not a priority.
