
Rentpost has helped my team a lot in terms of how we coordinate maintenance and communicate with tenants. The online portal makes it super easy for tenants to pay rent and submit requests, which has noticeably boosted satisfaction and cut down on manual follow-ups. Just one feedback, they need to ensure the tenant portal could be a bit more intuitive in design. And I heard they are working on it, so all good :)
