Build a plan on Friday to get the week started right.

Start talking to users. That's all that matters. Talk to users pre-mvp and post mvp to get things going. They will decide your GTM plan and strategy. Once you have your first paying customer, hold them really dearly to learn from them, iterate based on feedback and generate references & testimonials.

Forget the dream team, get to $1M ARR as quick as possible. This will help you to get a dreamier team in place.

I will hopefully not have to go to an office, so that's a change in itself. I think buyers have changed the way they buy and I don't really see a need to travel and stay away from my family as often as earlier.

I've had great jobs with bad experiences. Some have been with bosses who were bosses and would tell people to do their job & abuse them without having any experience doing the job themselves. I know this could be controversial but the leader makes the job interesting and not the job itself.

@rashjbp I like the get mood, then take action. But, there are other tools out there that manage employee morale. What data can you generate from this tool that makes a CEO want to look at the report and then take organization wide action?
