About
I am a Materials Science and Engineering Ph.D. candidate at Georgia Tech's Packaging Research Center with a bachelor's degree in Metallurgical and Materials Engineering from the National Institute of Technology, Tiruchirappalli, India. I am working on Integrated Voltage Regulators (IVRs) at the 3D Systems Packaging Research Center at Georgia Tech. The work currently comprises the fabrication of package-embedded toroidal inductors on metal-polymer composites. I also explore new magnetic materials for DC-DC (48/12V to 1 V) conversion with >90% efficiency. I am working on new packaging architectures to enable the next generation of HPC systems with vertical power delivery solutions.
