All three tools are good to use. I recommend Document360 https://document360.com/ as it has AI features and is very user-friendly. You don't need to worry about hosting; it is cloud-based, and you can create and customize your app's knowledge base and documentation.
You can also create user manuals and set up FAQ pages. API documentation is an additional feature.
