After months of nights and weekends, I finally shipped BetterVideo.io today. It's an AI video enhancer to 1080-4k tool with two rules I wish more AI products followed: pay-as-you-go (credits never expire — no monthly sub), and your uploads are never used to train AI or sold to third parties. Built on FastAPI + Supabase + Stripe + Lambda + Modal+ AWS — happy to nerd out on the stack if anyone's curious. Honest feedback (and roasts) very welcome 🙏
