Been thinking about this lately. Say you're building in a crowded market and there are already 10 tools doing the same thing. Some people must already be frustrated with those products right? Bad support, price increases, missing features, bugs etc. But how are people actually finding those users? Are you manually reading Reddit threads? Review sites? Twitter/X? Just cold outreach? I ve tried digging around manually and it honestly feels noisy. You see lots of complaints, but it s hard to tell who s just venting vs who s actively looking for an alternative. Curious how people here do this.
