Google Workspace works fine for me, sometimes Notion, but I like to keep it simple and have everything in one place.

A lot of it comes down to finding the right market fit. If you deeply understand your community's pain points, and the messaging speaks directly to that audience. "Overnight" success is a possibility. The key is to fully understand your ideal customer profile and create for them, when this is done right, a flywheel effect can be quickly formed.

It's all about the emotions that are triggered when someone sees your branding. Does it make them joyful, sad, hesitant, excited. Colors speak to our emotions.

Depends on your audience. TikTok - to build brand awareness among a younger demographic, not the best for conversions. However, with the recently launched TikTok Shops, this migh change. YouTube - when you want to advertise directly to your targeted audience using specific keywords and search intent. Great for B2B or B2C and converts well if your ad and CTA is done right.
YouTube or Tiktok for marketing?

Good point, going viral most times doesn't equate to earnings. A profitable business can be built with a very small audience, you just need to connect and talk to the right people.

Most young e-commerce brands skip a customer lifecycle strategy. Around 80%, according to data from McKinsey & Co. This is crazy! This results in them being unable to rival big players or trim marketing expenses through retention-first thinking. Pointae crafts and manages lifecycle strategy for early-stage e-commerce brands. We do this though: - Customer journey mapping - Personalized marketing...

I believe the internet has made me smarter and opened up limitless opportunities. Especially now with the advent of generative AI, being able to research any topic and get a summary in a few seconds makes me more knowledgeable on many different things. However, on the flip side, I do see an increase in shorter attention spans and more impatience among people (especially Gen Z) who are heavy...

I use generative AI daily, they are actually my free assistants and I call them as such. 🤣 Even though its been less than a year using these tools, it's already hard to imagine my work life without them. My go to for everyday use are ChatGPT, Hey Pi and Bard. From SEO to rewriting my work to make it more engaging and concise, for quick research, it's a game changer, for me at least.
Nearly one year since ChatGPT launch 🤖, do you use Generative AI to help you at work and for what ?

Yes, weekends are a must for now. I definitely don't think it's sustainable for the long term, but in the startup phase, every second counts.
