I’m Krissy - founder, developer & everything-er behind Play & Seek (and mum to my 5-year-old "co-founder")! I built Play & Seek as a new pandemic parent, after realising how hard it was to find simple, screen-free play ideas that made parenting feel lighter. What started as a survival tool in toddlerhood has grown into a space for families to find quick ideas that spark connection, reduce screen time, and even help grown-ups rediscover their own inner child!

I built Play & Seek so parents can have calmer & more connected days with kids

Hi, I m Krissy - and I ve just launched Play & Seek here - a web app for finding simple play ideas, without the doom scroll.

Most parents I know are exhausted, stuck in routines, and drowning in screen time (mostly from their own mobile phone!).

👋 Hi everyone, I’m Krissy!

I m a mum to an amazing 5-year-old co-founder and the founder of Play & Seek (launched on Product Hunt today!), a web app I started building while navigating full-on toddlerhood.

Back then, I was constantly doom-scrolling for simple play ideas, scribbling app diagrams on the back of my daughter s old art, while just trying to keep up with being a new pandemic parent.
