We use a Nest and not sure there's much else here that would lead me to switch (i.e. not 10x better). That said, if I were making the initial decision this has some nice features (white noise, and a better summary vs. Nest). The one thing that bugs me with Nest is ability to share access with nanny, parents when they visit, etc... If this enables easy (and limited) access control that would be...
