We have a 100 person SaaS team. Before BetterBugs, bug reports were all over the place. Vague screenshots dumped in Slack, devs spending half an hour just trying to see what QA saw.
Now QA records the bug, console logs and network logs get attached on their own, and the ticket shows up in our project management tool ready to work on. Devs stopped going back and forth asking "how do I reproduce this."
The Chrome extension is quick and lightweight. Doesn't get in the way of actual work, which is why the team actually uses it.
What needs improvement
If this tool can be made general purpose like loom, it will be of great help for entire organisation.
