
I’ve been using Grid My Business for several years, and I’ve been impressed with how consistently they release new features and improvements. The recent updates, like grid-based, scheduled keyword tracking for map rankings and the ability to create and schedule posts, have made managing multiple Google Business Profiles much easier. The platform is intuitive, setup is quick, and managing several clients’ GBPs is streamlined.
It solves the challenge of monitoring local search visibility across multiple keywords and locations. Instead of manually checking rankings, I can see at a glance how each profile is performing, which saves me time and gives me actionable data. Being able to manage posts and profile updates from one place also keeps everything organized and easy to manage.
The AI features are also helpful. They provide basic but practical suggestions, such as posting updates, adding photos, or addressing reviews, that serve as a useful checklist. While the recommendations are basic, they do save time and keep profiles active, and I look forward to seeing this part of the software become even more advanced.
If I could request improvements, I’d love to see more robust reporting options, especially side-by-side comparisons of past and current results to better demonstrate progress over time.
Overall, Grid My Business is a reliable, easy-to-use tool that reduces guesswork, saves time, and helps me deliver better results for my clients.
