While the platform is great, the support is absolutely abysmal. If your account or email address is compromised, they will absolutely not assist you and you're better off just creating an entirely new account with them. Or just using Slack, at least they will bother verifying that you own the account rather than telling you "I'm sorry to hear that your account got compromised! As much as I would love to help you out, we're only able to discuss account details with the email address associated with that Discord account." While they continue to assist that account with changing their password and enabling them to scam others on the daily; Even reaching out to support in a totally different language at this point. It's totally unreal how inept the support of this company is.
