
They had a very efficient operation for a while, but now they require KYC, and I complied with that. However, they rejected my KYC, and my account was deactivated with only a vague reason given, stating that their decision is final. I still have a large amount of money in my account, and they are not allowing me to withdraw it to another wallet. Be careful.
