This looks promising. I have a question in terms of refunds for digital products. How do you manage that? Can customers refund or is there no refund once the file has been downloaded?

Congrats on the launch. Looks very clean. As someone that uses Medium and runs a coaching business for medium authors, I'm highly interested in what new things are coming to the market. My question is how are you allowing your users to monetize their content and where will this money be coming from?

Cool idea. Do you also provide list of connected videos that could lead up to a class? I guess the challenge is that people don't watch the same ideas (e.g. how to schedule posts) in a class over and over again.
