I use Podwise for two primary reasons: 1. Podwise can transcribe and summarize podcasts in Chinese, catering to my trilingual podcast consumption in Mandarin and Cantonese, in addition to English. This prompted my switch from another AI-powered podcast app to Podwise. 2. It integrates seamlessly with my workflow in Readwise Reader. There is a bidirectional flow here: First, from Podwise to Reader. Podwise enables me to send the entire podcast transcript and summary to Reader when I prefer to read and highlight. Second, from Reader to Podwise. When I am reading in the "Reader" app and come across a specific point where I want to hear how the speakers articulate their ideas, the timestamp link at the start of each paragraph allows me to easily switch from reading in the Reader app to listening in the Podwise web player.
