This is one of those things that is so well implemented and easy to do, it totally belies the power it gives to every Intercom customer. The Messenger is now potentially everything you need it to be, served to the people you need to be there for. It’s essentially multiplying the impact of so many great SaaS product teams... making for a brain-melting amount of talent at your disposal....
