
I've been charged for four months after canceling my trial subscription. However, their support did respond to me. At first, they denied the charges, but after I sent them a screenshot of my bank account history, they claimed there was an account with a SIMILAR login to mine (same, but without dot, which is impossible, as I signed up directly with my Google account), and that the premium subscription was on that account. That's a ridiculous level of scam, NEVER provide them with your bank data!
