While there is some learning curve for this, and sites like eBay and such have a difficult time resolving Google auth for signing in, the impact on my work day has been noticeable, especially in consolidating my work to just two screens.
As someone with pretty severe ADHD, the tools in Sidekick are pretty helpful and definitely have improved my productivity.
