Not sure what this is or how the AI works (it seems quite manual), but you really should have a privacy policy and terms and conditions. You have it in your footer but they are unlinked, obfuscating the way you're handling data. Even if you're bootstrapping, people deserve to know what you're doing with their information. Especially if you're running it through AI models.
