Thanks @vingar! I'll checkout Vinishgarg to see what can be improved! We had to rush the site a bit, so we'll give it some more time in the upcoming weeks.

Hmm thanks @ryanjohnson_me I actually didn't know it's this close. We used several sites as an example in our homepage mockups (previously Zendesk too), and pushed the site in three days. Let us take a look and adjust things in the upcoming weeks. We for sure really like the video concept, and will probably keep those. I can assure you the app itself is all setup from scratch!
