A few days ago I used this for the first time and it was an easy to use and super useful tool. Highly recommend it if you want to use a free to tool to play around before you decide to purchase a premium plan.

I learned about Morty Lefkoe after watching his interview with Vishen from MindValley. It's not a typical web app but this super simple method is very powerful when it comes to dealing with your negative feelings. It helps you disconnect meaning from events so you can instantly feel better.
