Great job - but is it really necessary to have the user install an extension? Why not let them enter the URL of the relevant file, and have the website preview it? This would allow people to use the service without installing any software at all.

How do you decide what phrases are gender biased? Is there any data or research to back up the claim that the phrase "proven track record" attracts more men to a job, while "passion for learning" attracts more women? I'd love to see the science behind this.

What I love about this product - and why I was unsure whether to put it in 'game' or 'tech' - is how simple it is to create a game with the engine. Even non-coders can get into it without feeling too overwhelmed.
