I’m Paul, cofounder of Bloom Care. My goal: help home-care agencies spend less time fighting admin chaos, and more time supporting the people who need them. We’re building an AI assistant that makes scheduling twice as fast, twice as profitable, and a lot less stressful for teams on the ground. My ambition is simple: bring modern, human-centric tech to a sector that’s been overlooked for too long and give care workers tools that genuinely make their day easier.
