While TranscriptLOL’s transcription accuracy and AI categorisation are commendable, my overall experience has been deeply disappointing due to broken commitments, misleading promises, and unacceptable customer support. Publicly promised features like multi-seat access were outright denied, and attempts to resolve issues were met with silence—or worse, being blocked from the only support channel. A tool’s potential means little if the leadership lacks accountability and transparency. Proceed with caution.
