I’ve been working in events and communications for over 15 years. I kept seeing the same problems: guest lists scattered across WhatsApp and spreadsheets, complicated check-ins, long lines at the entrance, and valuable data disappearing after the event. So I co-founded Xvent — an event management platform that brings the entire guest journey into one place: guest management, Smart QR access, real-time check-in and post-event analytics. We’re building Xvent to make events easier to manage and more measurable, from the first invitation to the data you get after the last guest leaves. I’m here to learn from other founders, meet people building interesting products, and share what we’re learning along the way.
