What's your method to iterate over your business model?

Hey PH! We're offering a freemium service in B2B (https://axolo.co, we help tech teams working on Github and Slack reduce code review time). Most of our features are included in our free plan and we started last week our premium plan for companies looking for more customization. Right now, my main question for our upcoming features is to decide whether each feature should be in the free or the premium plan. Do you have any advice?

Do you have any top tips for when it comes to building a pitch deck

Pitch decks are hard, they can make or break your attempt to get funding. I've seen a ton of advice go around on how to optimize a pitch deck, do you have any tips?

What needs to be perfect with your product before launch?

I've just made the most difficult decision to put off my product launch until after a week later because I thought we are not ready. A few shake-ups here and there. But this, in my opinion, while it is a setback, I see it instead as an opportunity to re-evaluate what we currently have. And make sure we get it right with our launch. We're working on making our product worthy of this community. And we are working hard at it. What is a non-negotiable for product launches in your opinion? Let's hear your thoughts. UPDATE: We finally fixed the issue we had and resolved to go live this Saturday. :) I can't thank you all enough for all your amazing answers. We'll keep working hard on our product even post-launch. But of course, those early feedbacks will be vital to our growth. We are going live on PH on Saturday. Please find us here: https://www.producthunt.com/prod... Thanks for your support.

👋 I'm Sona, a designer, an author, and a maker of a generative AI design platform. AMA

I'm Sona, currently serving as a Chief Design Officer (CDO) at Sivi.ai, while also wearing the hat of an author of Ecommerce UX design playbook. Before venturing into the world of Development, leadership, and authorship, my journey began as a designer. Having worked on multiple Fortune 500 and small to medium e-commerce websites, I decided to gather all my learnings in one playbook. When I'm not immersed in Building Sivi.ai, design, or writing, you'll find me either on a squash court or sketching outdoors. Now, I'm excited to engage with all of you in a discussion about everything from bootstrapping, funding, Design, UX and UI, productivity, community building, and even my experience as an author. I'll be here for the next 48 hours to answer any questions you might have. So, let's get the conversation started!

I'm Will, co-founder of the text-to-website tool, Dora AI. AMA

Hey there! I'm Will; serial entrepneur, programmer, product designer, and the co-founder of Dora AI. From my early days of tinkering with radios and other hardware, to getting lost in the world of cutting-edge technology, I've always been a geek at heart. That geekiness brought you Dora, my fourth startup project, and I hope to create a new web design tool that can help designers quickly create top-notch websites with interactive 3D effects and complex animations without writing any code. After more than two years of product development, cutting-edge designers and top studios from over 20 countries around the world have become dedicated users of Dora. Today we are taking a new step: launching Dora AI, which can generate top-notch websites like Apple-level with just one sentence, and even generate interactive 3D animations. Join me for an Ask Me Anything (AMA) discussion. Let's dive deep into the realms of AI, startups, and everything in between.

How did you validate the need for your startup product?

When we started Sivi, we interviewed various user personas to assess their interest in using AI design tools. When we presented the prototypes, we discovered that business owners and marketers showed remarkable enthusiasm about the product. This validation served as a strong motivation, inspiring us to move forward with the development of Sivi AI. I'd love to hear your experiences and insights.
