Been using 4K now for years but misplaced the key - for three weeks now I have had painful discussions with Alex in their Customer Service Dept weho struggled to find me BUT offered a new key in retrun for a favourable review which I did. Despite 6 or 7 emails - more reviews and reminders Ive not had the promised key so you can tell the level or rather non level of customer service they give - probably worth you buying elsewhere where you might find they have a decent raport with their clientelle unlike 4K
