Hlo, I’ve tried a few, but MyFitnessPal is probably my favorite. The database is huge, it scans barcodes easily, and it makes tracking calories and macros simple. Other apps like Cronometer are great if you want more detailed nutrition info, but for everyday food logging, MFP is the one I keep going back to. https://pappadeauxmenu.com/
