Building on the web since the early 2000s, designer by background. Twenty-plus years shipping for a large brand taught me what "good enough" looks like at scale; nixm is what I wanted for myself instead. Two things kept bothering me about AI tools: every video generator wants a monthly plan with credits that reset, and every chat tool keeps a transcript. nixm is the opposite of both — one credit per clip, bought once, never expiring; conversations never written to a database, sessions that dissolve in seven days. Solo, self-funded, built in public. Here to launch it properly this fall, and to find the other people who think about tools this way.
