Excellent and simple-to-use solution. Love that I can send the AI to a meeting when I cannot attend it, and then get a pretty accurate summary to quickly catch-up on it later.

I particularly like the little AI affordances within the existing UI elements, such as little buttons on each thread to get it summarised, or "include a smart summary" when responding on a thread (that has also already existed for a while now). It's those little things - much more than the usual chatbot everybody now adds - that make Shortwave's AI adoption different for me. That and the already great UX for handling the stream of emails, that is just amazing.
