Hi! I'm Patrick. I've been doing CrossFit for years and always competed informally with friends during workouts. "Who got the fastest time?" "Did you beat my score?" "How heavy was your deadlift?" That's why I'm super excited about launching Ryvals . My goal is simple: to turn your daily workouts into fun, competitive challenges.

The idea originated several years ago. Last year, I decided to put all my spare time into this project, perfect every detail, and put all my love into making it. I have a lot of plans for the future, but at this moment, the hardest part is getting people to actually visit the app, sign up, and use it. I would love to get some tips on this.
