May 2023. I waited for my (paid for) Airbolt for over 2 years. Finally came and it's been almost 4 weeks and it does not show any location (well, show a map of Africa - I'm in Wisconsin). It says it's connected to Blue Tooth, I updated the firmware. Airbolt support has been no help. I need someone to call me and walk me through or replace this item. I really wanted this tracker and may have to request a refund This is beyond ridiculous. Plus there is no dog collar loop for it - you must separately order it which I did the day after the airbolt arrived. Still hasn't come which is OK cause I can't get the airbolt gps working! But really, you sell the Airbolt GPS as a dog tracker and then don't even alert people that it needs a separate dog collar attachment. Not impressed and so disappointed.
Now it is May 2024 and I was just charged $59.99 for the yearly subscription which was cancelled LAST May. I have sent them the email of the cancel and their support keeps telling me unfortunately they can't offer refund if subscrition not cancelled BEFORE the charge is made. They are not READING my support ticket. They are beyond bad and now fraudulent. There is no way to speak to someone. RUN from this company and tehir bad product and worse service.
