What needs improvement
I really hoped that this company would have integrity and listen to their LTD early supporters. Nope. So saddened. They are still using their Gem system that blocks LTD users, and we are stuck with our useless credits. All the features (even the "new" Supermachine NextGen) are virtually worthless. Image upload doesn't work, outputs are subpar, and accurate wording is nonexistent except with one generator. So, again, the LTD community was abandoned and forsaken. Companies that operate like this, without the slightest integrity, cannot remain long.

At the time they had some of the best image-producing generators.
Are there fine-tuning or custom model options?
Yes, but very subpar with what is out there currently
Are high-resolution downloads truly artifact-free?
Not at all
How responsive and helpful is customer support?
They refuse to acknowledge early supporters, making excuses and dismissing.
