I have been working on AI compliance and Since last 6 months and I have figured out that it is most probably going to be the next BIG problem for startups and businesses Using AI blindly. There have been a lot of frameworks introduced all around the world regarding the Safe use of AI. Whereas, the Europe leading the way byb tis new EU AI ACT, which seems to be very harsh on some AI Systems; Particularly, ones working the HR,Healthcare or HealthTech. ISO has also introduced the ISO42001, a new framework and standard to stay future risk proof or any penalties form the government. I think it is going to be same as GDPR a global standard by the VCs and Countrys All around the world, regardless of the AI Innovation Race. What are your thoughts on this? Do you think AI compliance will be another pain in a88? would love to hear from all the geniuses.
