Parent Reset

Building Parent Reset has made me think a lot about this as a founder, you re already stretched thin on time. Add a newborn into the mix and something almost always has to give, usually your own health and energy.

I d genuinely love to hear from other makers here who are also parents: what s your actual system (if you have one) for staying somewhat functional while building something and raising a baby at the same time?

For context this is exactly the problem I built Parent Reset to solve for new parents in general (not just founders): a 15-minute daily system that works around broken sleep instead of pretending it doesn t exist.

I m launching Parent Reset on Product Hunt soon a 15-minute daily wellness system for new parents.

Here s the problem I kept running into: every postpartum fitness app I looked at was built exclusively for moms. Nothing for dads, nothing for couples going through this together. So I built something different.

Parent Reset is designed around broken sleep, not against it no gym, no complicated meal prep, just small realistic changes (one meal anchor, one 15-minute movement block) that fit into the time new parents actually have.
