It's a practice I picked up when starting working at walkover.in, always have a notepad & a pen handy so whenever anything pops up, note it down that moment. This way I never lose out on any thought/idea.

Hi @richardfliu I help kick off Mondays at Walkover.in by sharing a happiness newsletter on weekends that talks about embracing happiness & working on personal well-being. It encourages the readers (Walkers especially) to train their minds to focus on their happiness & try to find a balance in everything they do. https://walkover.in/happiness
How do you kick off your Mondays to start the week?

Every book I have read have helped me grow into the person I'm & will continue to do so. If I talk about 1 book, it has to be Century Trilogy by Ken Follet It is an historical epic throwing light on the times during World War. It made me become more grateful for everything :)
What book, fiction/non-fiction, changed a part of you and how?
