We are amazed that Zenkit isn't drawing more users from the businesses we interact with. On a regular basis we encounter companies with problems we solved with Zenkit. Pros: Our teams to use it as our knowledge base, our CRM as well as our collective project / task management tool. Cons: It's versatility and power make onboarding a bit slow. Seems daunting to some.
