I started writing down my decisions, it changed how I think
Recently I started logging my decisions with: what I chose why I chose it what I expect to happen It made me realize patterns in how I think (and where I go wrong). Curious if anyone else does this? I’m even thinking of turning this into a small tool (working on something called Foundrail).
Do you ever regret past decisions as a founder?
I was reflecting on some past decisions and realized I still think about a few “what ifs”. Not necessarily mistakes, but decisions I’m unsure about. Do you track your decisions or just move on? Would be interesting to hear: biggest regret what you learned from it
I keep overthinking decisions. How do you deal with it?
Lately I’ve noticed I spend way too much time thinking instead of deciding. Even small decisions feel heavy: Should I focus on growth or revenue? Should I pivot or stay consistent? Curious how other founders handle this. Do you: set strict rules? go with intuition? or just accept uncertainty?
