I build software for the unglamorous parts of running a team - attendance, payroll, leave, the stuff that quietly eats a manager's week. PunchInn came out of a problem I kept hitting myself: managing staff across multiple sites, where every HR platform I looked at expected us to throw away the biometric machines we'd already paid for. So we built one that works with the hardware you already own - ZKTeco and other biometric devices natively, plus web and mobile GPS clock-in for people who aren't sitting at a desk. Attendance, leave, payroll, assets, performance and offboarding all live in one place instead of five spreadsheets. Always happy to compare notes with anyone building in HR tech, or running shift-based and field teams and wondering how other people handle it. My DMs are open.
