Hybrid! It's amazing to see the collaboration that takes place when people are usually remote, but come in once in a while to the office. People feel really energetic and ready to engage one another.

Being a parent of small kids, not much time for hobbies between the day job + startup. It's really just whatever I can do with the kids and have fun at the same time. Enjoy your free time while you still have it! :)

Having managed software engineers for >5 years, and been one myself, it's clear to me that: 1) software developers get distracted way too often, preventing them from getting in "the zone"; 2) dev work is highly collaborative yet communication is the hard part, especially with remote work. Ultimately this revolves around a quick feedback loop to measure their own individual productivity, as well...
