Oscar Elizondo of Pharr, TX, expanded his professional experience by entering the real estate sector. After earning his real estate license on his first attempt, he became active as both an investor and agent, completing more than $20 million in property transactions between 2012 and 2018. This experience strengthened his ability to evaluate property value, understand market conditions, and manage transactions. His involvement in construction began earlier, in 2003, when he started building homes alongside his cousin. Over time, Elizondo remodeled properties and developed the skills that later supported his construction business. In 2019, he established Zondo Construction and Zondo Roofing, managing residential homes, apartment complexes, and commercial buildings across South Texas.
