What's great
I run my own technical support business, and while any kind of automation can feel like I'm letting customers down, a text expander such as Slashit helps provide services much faster as there is a lot of repeat text in emails and messages.
Slashit has built-in AI rewriter which is very nice and works better than others.
Slashit is by far one of the easiest tools I have used. It is incredibly fast and very intuitive.
I really like the folder system, although subfolders would make it even better.
The option to switch between Light and Dark mode is a nice feature, and both work very well.
The AI feature is a great bonus and really adds extra value.
Most importantly, it saves me several hours each week by cutting down on repetitive work.
I already deal with arthritis in my hands from past injuries, so tools like this make a real difference for me. It helps me keep doing the work I love while also being more efficient.
I’m excited to see how Slashit continues to grow and improve in the months and years ahead.
I’ll definitely be recommending Slashit to others because it saves me time, reduces strain on my hands, and already feels like a polished, well-built app. In my experience, I have not run into any bugs at all.
What needs improvement
I love everything about Slashit, however I would like to see the ability for sub-folders and the ability to migrate from another tool I'm using.
vs Alternatives
I have used other similar tools and Slashit is basically flawless and works better with my workflow than others. I have found no bugs in Slashit so far while all the others I have used have constant issues with some features not working correctly.
