At one point data has magically disappeared: some amount of notes, poetry, ideas have gone. Backup files didn't work. Customer support didn't care. Taking care of plain text data shoulnd't be that difficult in the 21st century. :( Pros: Remarkable interface, concise organization logic, markdown compatibility, Cons: Data may be lost
