My co-founder and I are not interior designers. We are engineers who spent a long time watching a problem that did not make sense to us: interior designers who clearly knew exactly what a space should look like could not show clients what that space would look like until most of the decisions had already been made.
The tools available did not match the speed of design thinking. A great concept sat behind a multi-day render turnaround and a studio invoice. Mood boards carried the weight they were never built to carry. Clients revised late because they could not see early.
