TreasureQuesting is a browser-based tool for creating and playing interactive treasure hunts. I built it because I love puzzle hunts and escape rooms, but most tools felt either too static or too complex.
You create hunts using puzzles, riddles, maps, real world locations, and QR codes. Players progress by solving challenges, not by clicking through text.
Everything runs in the browser. No apps, no downloads, no coding. The editor is visual, simple, and built specifically for treasure hunts.

I started building TreasureQuesting as a side project after making a few puzzle hunts for friends and family. What kept bothering me was that most tools either turned everything into PDFs or static clue pages, or required apps and a lot of setup.
